How to Set Up

León Hi-Tech Park is open to receive all those companies engaged in promoting activities in the areas of new and emerging technologies. They must satisfy these requirements:

  1. At least a 5 percent on the annual gross income must be invested in R&D.
  2. At least a 5 percent of the staff must be skilled technician.
  3. It cannot develop pollutant activities.

 

There are two main options for setting up:

  • Purchase of plots: The area ranges from 1,300 to 7,700 m2, with a price of 107 euros per m2. Plots are ready to construct the buildings and offer all available services in the Park.
  • Renting offices: There are two buildings for this purpose:

- Usos Múltiples Building. Settled in plot M-12 with an area of 5,842 m2. It consists of 33 small offices (30 m2 each one) and three business premises (145, 125 and 110 m2) to let. Find out those companies located at the Usos Múltiples Building

- Zarzuela Building. It occupies the plot M-5.3 with an area of around 5,000 m2. Here it is possible to rent open-plant spaces (from 100 to 700 m2). It also has a meeting room of 40 m2.

 

In order to set up in León Hi-Tech Park it is needed to send a Application Form to the society Parques Tecnológicos de Castilla y León, S.A.:
